Strawberry banana smoothie

1 banana, peeled and sliced
2/3 cups strawberries, frozen or fresh (chopped)
1/2 cup orange juice
1 8 oz. container of yogurt (your choice of flavor)

In a blender, blend all ingredients until smooth.

If you use fresh strawberries, you might want to add a few ice cubes to make the consistency smoothie-esque. Also, if you choose to use unflavored yogurt, add some sugar or honey to sweeten things up.
